Do you charge for site inspections?

Curtis Construction provides site inspections as part of our free quoting service. We don't charge for the initial inspection and assessment of your renovation project, as we believe this is an essential part of understanding your needs and providing accurate pricing.

This complimentary service includes a thorough property assessment, discussion of your renovation goals, identification of any structural considerations, and professional advice about the best approach for your project. We view this as an investment in building a strong working relationship with potential clients.

The only time additional costs might apply is if you require multiple detailed inspections for complex projects, or if you need specialised structural assessments that require bringing in external engineers. However, we'll always discuss any potential charges upfront and with your approval.
